Real Estate Update: Fall Market Outlook
As we head into the fall market, buyer demand remains strong across both Westwood and Dedham.
Westwood’s recent median sale price was approximately $1.18 million, with homes selling in an average of 17 days. In Dedham, the median sale price was approximately $766,000, with homes averaging about 20 days on market.
Today’s buyers are more selective, but well-priced, well-presented homes continue to attract strong interest. With fewer listings typically available in the fall, it can be an excellent time for sellers to stand out.
